5. Deplopy and configure ManageCustomer,EPSAddress,QuickAddEquipment,TextByNumber BDEs from ViewManageSetup.aspx.
6. Verify value of IdmDocumentManagemetService,IdmTokenAttributeService,eFormsAPIURL from ViewManageSetup.aspx
7. Create NLog Database.
8. Deploy and configure all BDEs using ViewManageSetup.aspx.
