eInspection+ v2.6 Live

eInspection+ will help you perform equipment check in, check out and inspection activities whenever an equipment moves in or out of the yard. The user can take pictures of the equipment, add comments / annotations to the pictures, and save the same along with the pictures. The user can accept digital (on-screen) signatures of customer, transporter etc. at the end of the check-in/out or inspection. The application will create a check-in/check-out or inspection report as appropriate, after the user finishes the corresponding activity using the app. The annotated pictures of the equipment and the digital signatures will be attached to this report and emailed out to the appropriate stakeholders.

This app runs on Android 8.0.0 Oreo and above. The app is optimized for tablet devices with a diagonal screen size range of 7.x to 10.x inches (portrait mode).

This app runs on iOS 11 and above. The app is optimized for iPhopne, iPad & iPod touch (portrait mode).

Note: Uninstall the existing app and install the new app.

Precautionary Majors before uninstalling eInspection App
- Pending Activities: Make sure that there should not be any in-progress activities. Submit the In Progress activities by navigating to the Home -> Show In Progress Activities.
- Offline Activities: Make sure there should not be any Offline activities. Sync the Offline activities by navigating to the Home -> Sync Offline Data -> Sync. If the Offline activities are unsynced before uninstallation, user will lose the Offline data like pictures, forms and signatures.
How to Remove (Uninstall) eInspection App:
- Uninstall from Device Settings:
  1. Open the Settings of Android Device.
  2. Tap Apps or Application Manager.
  3. Tap the eInspection app you want to uninstall. You may need to scroll to find the app.
  4. Tap Uninstall.
- Uninstall from Home Screen:
  1. Just tap and hold the eInspection app on the Home screen.
  2. On the screen you will see a Uninstall icon, drag the app there and it will be removed.
- Deleting from home Screen:
  1. Press and hold the eInspection app icon.
  2. You will notice there will be a tiny 'X' mark at the top right hand corner of app.Press this 'X' mark.
Uninstalling the app may delete your associated data such as Offline activity data, Cache and Downloaded Equipment Data.
