Suitable Mechanic
In case if user need to assign work only to those technicians those who possess skills that are required for the work, then clicking on the "Suitable Mechanic(s)" link will highlight the most suitable mechanic in the right pane with different color and these mechanics will appear at the top to make the work allocation task simple.
